yes you heard right...
you can just hide your folder without changing the attributes of your folder, coz the main problem in changing the attributes and hiding is that anyone can easily view it by just enabling the "view hidden folders" option..
So guyss here is a new fancy way...
Just right click and select rename,
then type alt+0160 .
(type the numbers from numeric keypad, and not from the keys below the function keys).
if you are using a laptop which doesn't have any numeric keypad, then...
first enable the Num LK button and then type alt+mjom.
here you just created a nameless folder.

- go to properties.
- then click on customize.
- then click on change folder icon.
- then simply select the blank icon from the given list.
